I was disappointed that one of the pack consisted of ribeye which we the ends of a prime cut. I is supposed to be as displayed on your packaging. Obviously there was no quality control to ensure that the meat we of the desired quality.
Also, just to let you know your delivery man handling by needs improvement.

I used both the Grassfed Beef Ribeye & the Grainfed Beef Short-ribs Boneless for my Beef Bulgogi. Both meats were quite good, though I think the ribeye work better for Bulgogi. Here I just made a simple meal by adding it to Japanese rice & some broccoli.

Sometimes lucky you get the perfect 1 inch thickness, sometimes unlucky you get some so thin that it gets overcooked as easily as Shabu Shabu. These are good quality beef and so maybe Mastergrocer can be a bit more consistent with the thickness?
