love the minced beef. really value for money. individually frozen. defrosts quickly and its super tasty with a nice strong beef taste that is not gamey. only gripe is that when i weighed the meat itself its more like 465g then 500g. but still value for money

Cooked two different dishes with the minced beef. Beef was fresh and did not have a gamey smell.

Like the fact that you are able to easily portion the minced beef as it does not comes in a frozen block like other vendors. Furthermore, it come in a zipable bag where you can zip up the balance for next meal. Unfortunately it is not as fatty as I wish. Too little fats.
