Tender and tasty meat. Half portion is just nice for cooking a dish for two.

Great for stir fry

The slicing is a bit thick, thus it’s tougher. All good but prefer the Beef striploin shabu shabu slicing.

Beef stir fry with veggies. Eat with hot rice! My 3yo boy loves this beef. Always repeat order from master grocer

Ordered shabu shabu before, didn't realise sukiyaki is thicker cuts. Will stick to shabu shabu for future orders as they are paper thin and really soft when cooked as bulgogi.
