Australian Grassfed Oyster Blade Steak highly trimmed, connective tissue in the middle of the steak was not remove & ready to used, with no added preservatives, coloring & additives. It is portion approx 200-230g each for your convenience to save 30minutes of Prep & clean up time. This special cut are lean, extremely tender juicy and full of flavour. The only way to break down the tough connective tissue in the middle of the blade steak is to cook it slowly with moist heat - in other words, by braising it. Braise it for about an hour and you’ll end up with tender, juicy and flavorful steak. |
