Using Master Grocer Pork to make Vietnamese noodle soup. Always tasty and tender, thank you!!

The pork shoulder butt is quite thin. I sliced it into smaller strips, fried it with onion and Korean chilli sauce. The meat is tender. Chewy on some parts that has more fats.

Love this, never failed to add it in my each order. Used to be as described 'No longer needed thaw entire packet", but not for my last 3 orders.. All 4pcs stick tied together, no way to separated them, so had to thaw all 4pcs and finished them within 2-3 days. Hope the packaging could be improved.

juicy and tender in pork chop style

The 4 pcs received was not individually wrapped in the package but it is still ok as I can just break it apart. Like the chewy texture as I airfry as charsiu but some people might find it a bit tough as not much fatty grains in the piece.

Shoulder butt pork is actually tougher meat that works better with longer cooking time. Cooked in my pressure cooker , then fork-shredded. More tender and yummy this time.
