This was my first time that e sealed package will 'open' up by itself..... Likely not sealed properly....

Very easy to use. Love the individual frozen condition. Very good for small portions arrangements.

Easy to cook & taste great

I used the pork rib to cook soup lotus, red dates, scallops and peanuts. The pork rib was soft and delicious. Soup was super tasty. Highly recommended for working mum as my preparation time was shortened. Only had to wash the pork rib once prior to cooking and there wasn't any scum after cooking.

Spare ribs cubes are quite meaty so save some time in trimming off fats when I buy from other souces. These are also good for steaming as the size of the pcs are just right. Have already placed another order to cook in soup.

So convenient to use as the meat comes in individually frozen pieces. Easy to store the unused portions in the zip log bag. Husbands love the soup boiled with the meats.
